About Elisabeth Beyer
Born in New York City and raised in Rye, New York, Elisabeth began her classical ballet training at age seven with the Greenwich Ballet Academy. At age 13, she joined the Ellison Ballet Professional Training Program. In 2017, Beyer received the Natalia Makarova Award for Artistry at the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) New York City Finals and won First Prize at the XIII Moscow International Ballet Competition in Russia. In 2018, Elisabeth won the Gold Medal at the YAGP New York City Finals and the Gold Medal at the USA International Ballet Competition XI in Jackson, Mississippi.
Beyer joined ABT Studio Company in February 2020, became an apprentice with the main Company in November 2022, and joined the corps de ballet in June 2023. Her repertoire includes one of the Nutcracker’s Sisters in Alexei Ratmansky’s The Nutcracker, ‘Jumping Girl’ in the Pas de Trois, and the Italian Princess in Swan Lake, as well as other roles in all the Company’s full-length ballets.
