In an exciting new partnership with United Way of Westchester and Putnam, Westchester Ballet Company is currently engaged this academic school year in afterschool ballet classes at Winfield L. Morse Elementary School (Tarrytown, NY), Highview Elementary (Greenburgh, NY), and Brookside Elementary (Ossining, NY). Boys and girls are learning basic dance technique, stretching exercises, and choreography. Classes are led by a team of professional dancers and dance educators with support from teenaged assistants from Westchester Ballet Company.

Westchester Ballet Company, in collaboration with our community partner Rising Above Boundaries, has produced 2 iterations (Spring 2022 and Fall 2023) of a program called First Position. First Position offers no-cost ballet instruction, attire, and footwear to children 7-10 years of age.
