Nicole Boutmy de Katzmann

Nicole Boutmy de Katzmann joined Westchester Ballet Company Board of Directors in the fall of 2023 and became its President in 2025. Nicole has been instrumental in strengthening the Company’s donor base, expanding corporate sponsorship, and building WBC’s network of professionals in the ballet world.

Her passion for ballet started at the age of eight at the Alma Legrand Ballet Academy in Montevideo, Uruguay. She later trained with Ballet Nacional del Sodre ballet masters Raul Severo, Mischa Dimitrievich and Eduardo Ramirez. Nicole is a Patron of American Ballet Theater and a longtime supporter of the Dancer’s Fund in honor of Ingrid Thoms. She is also the devoted Godmother of Herman Cornejo’s ballet production ‘The Last of Nijinsky’s – Anima Animal’.

In addition to her dance background, Nicole is Partner and Managing Director for Snowden Lane Partners LLC serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

Nicole studied at St Andrew’s School and at Scuola Italiana di Montevideo in Uruguay, and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in New York. She is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, and has basic command of Dutch and French. She lives with her husband and their two Westie puppies in Briarcliff Manor, New York.
